This policy explains order processing and delivery for purchases from Guangheng.
Where we ship
We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarders or locations prohibited by applicable law.
Processing and delivery
Orders normally leave our facility within 2-4 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 4-8 business days for standard shipping. Dates are estimates and are not guarantees. We will send tracking information when available.
Rates
Standard shipping is free on merchandise orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. For orders below $75, the available rate is shown before payment at checkout.
Delays
We will notify you if we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout or, if no time is stated, within 30 days. You may agree to a revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. We are not responsible for carrier delays after dispatch, but we will assist with a trace.
Address changes
Contact us promptly if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
