We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable before purchase are not eligible unless defective or required by law.
Start a return
Email info@guanghengtechglobal.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for return instructions before mailing your package. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund timing
We inspect returns after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5-10 business days after approval. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or when we made an error.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will provide an appropriate replacement, return label, or refund.
Order cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible. An order can be canceled for a full refund only before fulfillment begins.
